Over several years, many students from secondary vocational/higher education (HBO and University) join NEDAS on an internship, either working within one of the many departments within the online Britix 24 partner program or conducting research within our network/community for their graduation project. While there are of course no guarantees, in practice many former NEDAS interns subsequently move into a starter’s role at NEDAS or onto the NEDAS International Project management /consultancy (traineeship). Whatever happens, an internship at NEDAS is the ideal opportunity to meet a wide variety of people, start to build up your own network, and learn about many different aspects of developmental working projects and systems management programs.– which all adds up to a great start for the rest of your career and enriching your resume.

We are looking for an experienced volunteer project team leader who is a solid Nedas for the board, volunteers and ongoing projects.
Description:
You guide the communication team through video communication where you let volunteers work from their home qualities and talents. You set priorities and coordinate the work in a systematic manner. The result is effective internal and external communication that contributes to the realization of the organizational goals;
You closely monitor the progress of each task and have an appealing vision on communication; it concerns, among other things, obtaining subsidies from the funds according to the plans or ideas for our foundation and our partner organizations, and also in thinking along and finding creative answers to achieve the assessment criteria. As a team leader you work from trust and you give a lot of professional space. You conduct video interviews for certain tasks if necessary. You coach colleagues in terms of task content when using (online) communication and drafting new proposals and edit the files according to the funds guidelines.

Job description
This function requires you to handle projects that have already been prepared by applying for funds and grants. It’s about supporting our local and international projects. You contribute to the realization and the multi-year fundraising strategy and the financial objectives of our partners in Africa through our online administration program you can promote and monitor the cohesion between our organization and our partners from home. You also delve into the wishes and requirements of the subsidy provider and you write a suitable application for this in time, but you also identify the exact financiers for our partner from our Fundraising database account and at the same time approach our external fundraisers for our FEMO Association activities in the Netherlands. , including the equity funds, subsidies and institutional fundraising.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Fundraising Officer (CRM/Data Analytics) will perform the following functions:
- Responsible for maintenance and development of data structures, dimensions and models to facilitate constant improvements in analysis and insights leading to more informed decision making.
- Manage and perform data analysis and reporting and other relevant activities in support of optimizing fundraising opportunities and income, including making recommendations based on the results of ongoing analysis.
- Enhance Private Sector Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) efficiency and effectiveness through weekly monitoring of inputs, local conditions and resources, and campaign implementation status.
- Constant monitoring of Key Fundraising KPIs and campaign performance with appropriate communication, response and escalation where necessary.
- Upkeep of existing, and development of new reports and dashboards including Power BI and other tools.
- Constantly research and identify potential opportunities for improving data led insights.
- Responsible for maintenance and development of data structures, dimensions and models to facilitate constant improvements in analysis and insights leading to more informed decision making.
- Maintain database integrity by managing the integrity of donor and donation payment data and ongoing development and implementation of the CRM.

Applicants must have:
◾University Degree in information technology, mathematics, marketing, business administration or closely related fields is required.
◾University Degree in a relevant field combined with 2 year’s of professional experience may be accepted in lieu of an Advanced University Degree.
◾2 year’s experience in the field of business intelligence and data analysis, data management, and process management.
◾Experience with Salesforce and / or other donor management systems will be a preference.
